Your driver adjusts to your actual landing time, not your original schedule. We include complimentary wait time for domestic delays.
Yes, our drivers meet travelers at both Terminal 1 (Lindbergh) and Terminal 2 (Humphrey) baggage claim, holding a sign with your name.
Gratuity is included only for airport pickups, a standard 15% built into the fare. For all other trips, gratuity isn't included, so tip as you'd like at drop-off.
